You can volunteer with CTP in the following ways:

1. Conduct Mock Technical Interviews

Good fit for employed developers with experience conducting whiteboarding interviews in JavaScript, Java, C++, and/or Python. You will interview current CTP students preparing for entry-level engineering and data jobs.

2. Conduct CTP Candidate Interviews (April - May)

Good fit for employed developers with experience conducting whiteboarding interviews in JavaScript, Java, C++, and/or Python. You will interview candidates during their application process to help us make admission decisions.

3. Lead an Industry Workshop (rolling)

Good fit for those with expertise in a subject area you think would benefit entry-level tech candidates. Examples include: interview best practices, tech ethics, cloud technologies, and web security.

4. Support our Hackathon (Summer)

Good fit for experienced tech professionals who can judge hackathon projects or mentor fellows on project development, or whose companies can provide space or other forms of sponsorship and virtual prizes.

5. CTP Alumni Mentorship Program (AMP)

We seek CTP alums who are looking for an opportunity to develop and guide the next generations of tech leaders and to support a current CTP fellow's career development and job search. In return, develop your own leadership capacity and potential through mentoring and guiding our current fellows as a tech leader.
